Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using HolyTide’s services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services Provided

We offer professional video editing, photo retouching, color grading, and post-production services. All deliverables are subject to client approval and revisions as outlined in the project agreement.

3. Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide:

• Clear project briefs and reference materials
• High-quality source files (video, photos, audio)
• Prompt feedback and timely approvals

4. Payments & Pricing

Projects are billed as quoted. Payment is due:

• 50% upfront for new clients
• 100% upon delivery for rush projects
• Net 15 for retainer clients

Unpaid invoices may result in project pause or file withholding.

5. Revisions

Each project includes 2 rounds of revisions. Additional revisions are billed at $45/hour. Scope changes after approval may incur extra fees.

6. File Delivery

Final files are delivered via WeTransfer, Google Drive, Dropbox, or Frame.io. Links expire after 30 days. We recommend immediate download and backup.

7. Intellectual Property

You retain full rights to your original content. Final edited files are delivered as a "work for hire" and become your property upon full payment.

8. Studio Rights

We reserve the right to use completed projects in our portfolio, social media, and marketing unless you request confidentiality in writing.

9. Confidentiality

We treat all client projects as confidential. Non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) available upon request.

10. Cancellations

Projects canceled after work begins are subject to a cancellation fee based on hours completed. Deposits are non-refundable.

11. Liability

We are not liable for delays caused by late file delivery, unclear feedback, or third-party issues. We are not responsible for content that violates laws or rights.
