Return and Refund Policy

We stand by our work. Here’s how refunds and revisions work at HolyTide.
1. Satisfaction Guarantee
We’re committed to your vision. If the final delivery doesn’t meet the agreed scope, we’ll revise it until it does — at no extra cost.
2. Revisions Before Approval
You get up to 2 rounds of revisions included. Additional changes are billed at $45/hour. All edits must be based on the original project brief.
3. Full Refunds
A full refund is available only if:
- No work has begun
- We mutually agree to cancel before editing starts
Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.
4. Partial Refunds
Partial refunds are not offered once editing has started. Instead, we offer unlimited revisions to align with your expectations.
5. Non-Refundable Deposit
The 50% upfront deposit is non-refundable once work begins. This covers time, resources, and reserved studio capacity.
6. Rush Projects
Rush fees (for 24–72h delivery) are non-refundable. These cover overtime, priority scheduling, and expedited workflows.
7. Scope Changes
If you expand the project after approval (e.g. more footage, new effects), additional fees apply. No refunds for scope creep.
8. File Delivery & Acceptance
Once final files are delivered and confirmed, the project is considered complete. Post-acceptance revisions are billable.
9. Technical Issues
If files fail to render or contain errors on our end, we’ll fix them at no cost. We do not refund for client-side playback issues.
10. Cancellations
Cancellations after work begins incur a fee based on hours completed. No refunds for time already invested.
